Overall we rate this book as great advice and motivation for anyone wanting to start out running or looking for confirmation that they are doing the recognised procedures. The only thing that makes it specific to over 40's is the name on the front cover. It is great reading and I would certainly recommend it for anyone starting on the road to improved lifestyle.
